One of the seven films—Titanic, Revenant, Batman, Ghost rider, Newton, Sabotage and Toilet—is shown on each day of a Film Festival, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday.

Newton is shown on Thursday. There is only one film shown between Newton and Sabotage. Newton is not shown immediately after Batman. Ghost rider is shown immediately after Sabotage. There is only one film shown between Newton and Titanic. Batman is shown before Revenant. Ghost rider is shown after the Toilet movie. There is only one film shown between Batman and Revenant. Sabotage is not shown before Titanic.

Puzzle – 2

Eight friends, P, Q, R, S, T, V, W and Y are sitting around a square table in such a way that four of them sit at four corners of the square while four sit in the middle of each of the four sides. The ones who sit at the four corners face the centre while those who sit in the middle of the sides face outside.

S sits third to the right of P, who faces the centre. Y is not and an immediate neighbour of P or S. T sits third to the right of R, who does not sit in the middle of any of the sides and also R is not an immediate neighbour of Y. Only one person sits between P and V. Q is not an immediate neighbour of V.

Puzzle 3

Seven Actors Amitabh, Salman, Aamir, Akshay, Ajay, Hrithik and Sanjay live on separate floors of a 7-floor building. Ground floor is numbered 1, first floor is numbered 2 and so on until the topmost floor is numbered 7. Each one of them is staying in different hotels of Mumbai, viz Taj Hotel, Hilton Tower, The Orchid Hotel, Resort Hotel, Hyatt Hotel, The Retreat Hotel and Centaur Hotel but not necessarily in the same order.

Only three actors live above the floor on which Akshay lives. Only one actor lives between Akshay and the one staying in The Retreat. Ajay lives immediately below the one staying in Resort. The one staying in Resort lives on an even-numbered floor. Only three actors live between the ones staying in The Retreat and Hilton Tower. Hrithik lives immediately above Sanjay. Hrithik is not staying in Hilton Tower. Only two actors live between Salman and the one staying in Hyatt. The one staying in Hyatt hotel lives below the floor on which Salman lives. The one staying in Centaur hotel does not live immediately above or immediately below Salman. Amitabh does not live immediately above or immediately below Akshay. Aamir does not stay in Taj hotel.

Puzzle – 4

Six Boxes – P, Q, R, S, T and U are placed in different shelves. The bottommost shelf is numbered as 1 and topmost shelf is numbered as 6. Two boxes have 200 chocolates, two boxes have 400 chocolates and remaining boxes have 160 numbers of chocolates. The boxes are in three different colors – Yellow, Orange, and Black but not more than two boxes are in same color.

Not more than two boxes are placed above S. Box U is yellow in color and having highest number of chocolates and placed second position from the top. Box Q is Black in color and three boxes are placed between Q and the box which have 400 chocolates which is placed in even numbered shelf. Both the Orange color boxes are placed above the Black color box which is not Box Q. The number of chocolates in box R is equal to 2/5th times of number of chocolates in box T. Box P doesn’t have second highest number of chocolates and never placed below box T. The boxes which are in same color are not placed adjacent to each other.

Puzzle – 5

Six Exams – S, T, H, A, I and K were scheduled to be conduct in different slots. All the exams were conduct in a 3 hour slot in a continuous manner, and there was no gap between 2 slots. For example, if an exam was conduct in the slot 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. then the next exam was schedule to conduct in 11am and so on. The slot number varies between 1 to 6 such that the first exam was conduct on slot 1 and so on. There are different type of exam was conducted Tamil, English, Hindi, Maths, Physics and Chemistry but not necessarily in the same order.

The English exam was conduct before Tamil exam. English exam was not the conduct on 1stslot. K was the Maths exam. Exam A had even numbered slot. S and A was not conduct consecutively.The Hindi exam had a slot number twice as that of the Exam I. The slot number of the chemistry exam was 3 more than the slot number of the exam to be conducted on 12 p.m. onwards. H and the chemistry exam were conduct in consecutive slots. There were 2 slots between the English exam and Tamil exam. Exam I and T were conduct at a gap of three slots.
