Eight friends Q, R, S, T, V, W, Y and Z are sitting around a circular table, facing the centre. There are three males and five females in a group of friends. No two males are immediate neighbours of each other.

V sits second to the right of his wife. S sits third to the right of V. W sits second to the right of her husband Z. Z is not an immediate neighbour of V’s wife. T is a male and Y is not an immediate neighbour of V. R sits second to the right of Q.

Mains Level Puzzle :

Ten colleagues of career power decided to convert their salary account from ICICI bank to Punjab national bank in order to gain some more interest. They went to the Punjab national bank and they take the token number for further process. Till then they are sitting in two parallel rows of six seats each for the process of account opening. One seat is vacant in each row. A, B, C, D and E are sitting in row-1 facing south. J, K, L, M and N are facing north. Each one has a different type of ids for account opening i.e. Pancard, DL, Passport, College id, Employee id, Adhaar, Voter id, Rent agreement, Electricity bill and Rashan card.

M sits third to the right of L and has College id. Only two people sit between K and the vacant seat. K does not have an Employee id and Passport ID. E is not an immediate neighbour of C. B have Rashan card. The one who has a Passport ID faces the one who has Rent agreement. The one who has Passport sits opposite to the one who sits third right of the member who sits opposite to M. C is not an immediate neighbour of D. N, who have neither Employee id nor Adhaar, does not face the vacant seat. Neither M nor L sit at any of the extreme ends of the row. D faces L. Vacant seats are not opposite to each other. Two seats are there between C and B, who sits third right of the one who has Voter id. The one who has Electricity bill ID faces the one who has College id. The members who have the Pan card and Rent agreement are adjacent to each other. The vacant seat of row – 1 is not just near to D. K sits at one of the extreme ends of the row. L does not have a Pan card and Rent agreement. The vacant seat of row-1 does not face M who doesn’t sit at any of the extreme ends of the row.
