Eligibility Criteria JDA New Housing Scheme

To avail this scheme, you will have to fulfill the given eligibility criteria as follows –

• To apply for LIG under this scheme, the annual income of the beneficiary’s family is required to be Rs 3 lakh.
• The annual income of the families of those applicants who want to apply for LIG-B should be between 3 lakh to 6 lakh rupees.
• For the beneficiaries applying for the MIG category, the annual income of the beneficiary’s family is required to be between 6 lakh to 10 lakh rupees.
• According to this scheme, the applicant should be a native of Rajasthan.
• Applicants who wish to apply in this scheme must be 18 years or older.
• If the applicant’s bank account is in his name, he can apply for the scheme.
• The applicant or his / her spouse should not have any residential house in any area of ​​the state to apply in the scheme.
• JDA should not have allotted any plot/house in the name of the applicant in the last 10 years.

First step

• First of all, you have to visit the official website of Jaipur Development Authority. The website home page will open in front of you.
• On the home page, you have to click on “proceed” in the option of “Registration for Allotment in JDA Residential Schemes“. A new page will open in front of you.
• There you will see “Flats for Economically Weaker Income Group (EWS) “ on selected plots in Anand Vihar / Surya Nagar / Kheda Jagannathpura residential schemes of Javipra (जविप्रा की आनंद विहार / सूर्य नगर / खेड़ा जगन्नाथपुरा आवासीय योजनाओ मे चयनित भूखंडो पर आर्थिक दृष्टि से कमजोर आय वर्ग (EWS) हेतु फ्लैट्स)
• In the new page, you have to click on “Proceed” in the “Open for Registration” option. A new page will open in front of you again.
• There you have to click on the option of “Apply for Registration“. The next page will open in front of you.
• Then you have to enter the name and mobile number of the applicant and click on the option of “Send OTP“. A form will open in front of you.

• After entering the details of your personal information in that form, you have to click on the “Next” button.

Second step

• Now after successful login, you will see the Residential Scheme List in front of you, where you have to click on the button of “Select“. The next page will open in front of you.

• On that page, you have to select the Reservation Category and Annual Income and click on the button “Proceed”.

Third step

• Now you have to pay the Registration Amount and Processing fee carefully.

Fourth step

• Now, after selecting the Payment Method for registration under the scheme, make the payment successfully.

• When your payment is successful, you will get the registration number and payment receipt. You can secure it for the future.

Procedure to Check Status of JDA Scheme 2020 Policy

• First of all, you have to visit the official website of Jaipur Development Authority. The website home page will open in front of you.
• On the home page, you have to click on “proceed” in the option of “Registration for Allotment in JDA Residential Schemes“. A new page will open in front of you.
• There you will see “Mohanlal Sukhadia Nagar Dahikhurd, Ajmer Road and Priyadarshini Nagar Muhna, Sanganer” and have to click on “Proceed” option again. The next page will open in front of you.
• Then clicking on the option “Apply for registration/application status“. The next page will open in front of you.
• On that page, you have to enter the name and mobile number of the applicant and click on the button of ‘Send OTP’ and enter the OTP.
