- For Scientist/Engineer-SC (Computer) : M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information & Communication Technology(ICT),with Specialization in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning/Image Processing with 60% Marks.
- For Scientist/ Engineer-SC (Structural) : M.E./M.Tech.in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering with 65% Marks.
- For Scientist/ Engineer-SC (Electrical) : M.E./M.Tech.in Electrical Engineering with 65% Marks.
