Seven persons – O, P, Q, R, S, T and U appear in an exam but not necessarily in the same order, in seven different months(of the same year) namely February, March, April, May, July, October and December. Each of them also likes the different genre of TV show namely Family, Action, Comedy, Reality, Animation, History and Thriller but not necessarily in same order.

The one who likes Animation is giving exam in the month of less than 31 days. There is only one person between O and the one who like Animation shows. The one who likes Comedy show is giving exam immediately before O. Q is giving exam immediately after O.Only two people are giving exam between Q and P. U is giving exam in the month which has less than 31 days. T is giving exam immediately after U. Only one person is giving exam between O and the one who likes the reality show. O does not like History shows.The one who likes the family show is giving exam immediately before the one who likes Thriller shows. S does not like the Comedy show. The person who likes history show is giving exam in the month having less than 31 days.

Puzzle 2

Eight people P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W are sitting in a straight line and facing north direction. Their ages are, 12, 14, 18, 26, 29, 35 ,42 and 67.

The one who is 12 years old is 4th to the left of the eldest person, who is sitting at the end. The sum of the ages of S and Q is equal to P. S is not the youngest person. S and W are neighbours of Q. R’s age is not an even number and he is older than W and younger than U. Only 3 persons are sitting between S and U. Only 2 persons are sitting between Q and T, who is 29 years old. P is not the neighbour of U. R is not sitting to the left of Q.
