Five friends M, N, O, P, and Q live in a five-storey building, but not necessarily in the same order. The ground floor is numbered 1, the floor above it is numbered 2 and so on, until the topmost floor is numbered 5.
Only three people live between M and N. The number of people live between O and N is equal to the number of people live between O and M. Only three people live above Q. Only one person lives between P and Q. N doesn’t live on a floor above P.

P went before T and Q went before S. Q did not go on the first day. There is a rest day as well on which no one goes for the picnic. There is a gap of two days between the days on which S and Q went. R went immediately before the rest day. The rest day is not on the second or the fourth day.
