There are seven persons namely Q, W, J, R, T, Y, and U who go to different offices namely, A, B, C, D, E, F, and G on different days of a week starting from Monday and ending on Sunday.

Office C is on Thursday. Two persons go to the office between office C and office E. U goes to office E. Five people go to the office between U and Y. Y goes after U. Y goes to office A. T goes to office D on Wednesday. Office F is just after the day on which office B is. Q goes to office C. R goes before J. W goes to the office before R.

Puzzle 2

Seven students namely viz A, B, C, D, E, F, and G of seven different colleges have the seminar on seven different days, namely viz Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the same week but necessarily in the same order. Each student stays in a hostel in different floor. The lowermost floor of the building is numbered 1, the one above that is numbered 2 and so on till the topmost floor is numbered 7.

G stayed on the second floor and has a seminar on Wednesday. The one who stayed on the first floor has a seminar on Saturday. B has a seminar immediately before E. B does not have the seminar on any of the days after G. The one who stayed on the seventh floor does not have a seminar on any of the days on or before Friday. The one who stayed on the third floor has a seminar immediately after C. E does not stay on the fifth floor. The one who stays on the sixth floor does not have a seminar immediately before or after G. F does not have any seminar on Sunday and does not live on the third floor. D does not have the seminar on any one of the days before A. Two persons live between the one who likes 5Star and the one who likes Kitkat. Only one person lives between the one who likes Kitkat and the one who likes Munch. Two persons live between the one who likes Munch and Snickers. Four persons live between the one who likes Dairy Milk and Bournville. The one who likes 5star lives on one of the floors above the floor numbered three. The persons who live on the fourth and fifth floor don’t like Snickers. The one who likes Munch lives immediately below the one who likes Dairy Milk.

Puzzle 3

Seven students A, B, C, D, E, F and G are toppers of a class and are sitting in a row for a photo session. They all have scored different marks out of 50.

The third rank holder is third to the left of sixth rank holder, who scored 7 marks less than the average marks of seven students but these two are not on the extreme ends. Marks of D are 36. B scored more marks than only three students and is seated fourth to the right of A, who is second topper and is seated on the extreme end of the row. Marks of C are 32 and 3 marks less than the average marks of all students. The seventh rank holder is second to the left of C, who is not third or sixth rank holder. Seventh rank holder scored more than 25. F is near to B but is not first rank holder. G is not the topper and topper scored 46 marks. Sum of the marks of first rank holder and seventh rank holder is equal to the sum of the marks of second and fifth rank holder.

  1. In puzzle 2 there is no info about perk and there is no name of perk in the puzzle so how can you put different name in solution.
    And add questions for this 3 puzzles.

  2. average should be 35, and when you take 40 and 26 as marks of 2nd and 7th pos then 4th pos will have marks 37 which is clearly greater than 36 i.e marks of 3rd pos. so you must take 41 and 27 as marks of 2nd and 7th pos

    2nd and 7th position should be 40 and 26 and as per average the mark of B will be 33
    if 2nd and 7th position should be 41 and 27 and as per average the mark of B will be 31 which will not fit
