• Educational Qualification : Graduation and Post Graduation studies in any discipline to provide them an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the working of Indian Parliament, especially the Rajya Sabha

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : as per Rules.

Selection Process: Interview.
