III. Reading Comprehension

• A passage to be set with questions to be answered.

IV. Communication

• Communication : Nature, characteristics, types, barriers and effective classroom communication.

V. Reasoning (Including Mathematical)

• Number series; letter series; codes;
• Relationships; classification.

VI. Logical Reasoning

• Understanding the structure of arguments;
• Evaluating and distinguishing deductive and inductive reasoning;
• Verbal analogies ; Word analogy – Applied analogy;

MP SET Exam Pattern 2021:

Paper-I:

• Each segment is equally weighted, with five questions and ten points allotted to it.
• When sighted candidates are given picture questions, the visually impaired candidates should be given a passage followed by an equivalent number of questions.
• Candidates will be given 50 (fifty) multiple-choice questions for two points each, all of which are mandatory. I will receive a total of 100 points on the paper.

Paper-II:

• Candidates may give a subject paper on a topic of their choice (optional).
• Matching the Words, True/False, and Assertion Reasoning Type questions will be included in the objective question paper.
• There will be 100 questions total, with each question worth two marks.
• Paper 2 will be worth 200 points.
• Paper 2 will take two hours to complete (120 Minutes).
• Negative marking will not be used.
