Precautions while applying for RHB e-Auction
The following precaution should be kept in mind while applying for Rajasthan Housing Board Auction Scheme:
- Any person who wants to buy a house from the online system should bid for the house at a higher discount rate than the other bidder.
- Only 30 days will be given to complete the bidding process for various flats under Rajasthan State.
- The applicant will have to deposit 10% deposit 3 days after the auction. The remaining money has to be deposited after 60 days.
- There are two types of discount rates during the auction process, the first 0% to 25% and the second 0% to 5% are the final discounts given by the concerned officials.
- These discount rates will be determined after examining the home conditions such as location and other environmental conditions.
- 7075 for flats built for auction are kept at concessional rates.

Registration Fee
To apply for Rajasthan e-auction facility, you have to pay a fee of Rs 500.
Security Deposit Amount
The amount to be deposited for Rajasthan Housing Facility for different categories of economic group is as follows –
- For economically weaker groups – Rs 5,000 as a security deposit.
- For lower and middle-income groups – Rs 25,000 as a security deposit.
- For the high-income group – Rs 50,000 as a security deposit.
Note – The deposited amount will be returned to the unsuccessful participants after the completion of the bidding process.
RHB E-Auction Portal Application Procedure
To apply for the Rajasthan e-auction facility, the applicant must follow the following application process given below:
- First of all, you have to go to the official website. Then the home page of the website will open in front of you.
- On the home page, you have to click on the auction option in the e-services section. Then the next page will open in front of you.
- On that page click on the drop-down menu Auctions, you will see a list of past and present auctions on the screen in the form of a table.
- You can download any auction notification of your choice.
- From the notification, you can get detailed information about the auction.
Online Bidder Registration Procedure
All the interested beneficiaries who want to register on this portal have to follow the given steps.
- First of all, you have to go to the official website. Then the home page of the website will open in front of you.
- On the home page of the website, you have to click on “Click here to register“. A new page will open in front of you.
- On that new page, you have to click on the option “Bidder Registration” in the menu bar. Then a form will open in front of you.
- You have to enter your personal information in the given form. Then you have to click on the Register tab.
- Then on the Ahle page, you have to pay the registration fee through online mode. Then you will get the login Eid and password.
- You can then log in to the website to bid.

- On Wednesday, e-auction festival registration will start from June 1, 2020.
- Online registration for the e-auction festival will begin on 8 June 2020 on Wednesday.
