- Visit the official website of PSSSB Punjab
- On the Home Page click “download your Admit card for Physical Measurement Test (PMT ) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the post of Assistant Superintendent/Welfare Officer/Probation Officer” link
- Then click the download PMT/PET Admit card link
- Enter your roll no and Date of Birth, then press Generate Admit Card Button
- Download the Admit card now by using print option
