- for the post of System Manager:Â The applicant must be resident of the State of Odisha and indicate the DCCBs the applicant intends to apply in order of preference (Minimum One &Maximum three). Candidates securing minimum 60% marks in MCA, B.Tech. with Computer Science or IT from a recognized university.
