- Extremely slow service if you go for GoKarting and they take all of your personal information including email, date of birth, and more. Also, the track is a bit unsafe and you may get minor injuries. The karts are also not good quality and the helmet always hits back support. - I have to mention this amazing staff member Shayari who is awesome with little kids and took wonderful care of my kids and made them enjoy the soft play area. Hop Up is a must-visit place for fun for both kids and adults as well. – Yash Parihar
- Bad experience. In a single three-player game, the game stopped 8 times and we changed our lanes 4 times. Then scores were inconsistent and did not reflect the accuracy of points scored.
