Westbound 105 in Lynwood to stay closed for hours after officer-involved taking pictures

LYNWOOD, Calif. (KABC) — The westbound 105 Freeway within the Lynwood space was shut down Sunday afternoon as authorities investigated an officer-involved taking pictures in lanes.

The CHP issued a SigAlert, saying the freeway was anticipated to stay blocked at Lengthy Seashore Boulevard till about 4 a.m. Monday.


The incident began round 3:15 p.m. when CHP officers have been dispatched to a report of an individual strolling in visitors lanes on the freeway.

Few particulars have been launched however apparently after officers arrived they grew to become concerned in an incident solely described as an officer-involved taking pictures close to the Wilmington Avenue offramp.
