The RSPCA is urging for data after a litter of 9 new child puppies was “callously” dumped in Perth
The 2-day-old litter was discovered inside a patch of lengthy, moist grass on the nook of Lord Road and Guildford Street in Bassendean at 6pm on Tuesday.
Eight have been rescued on the time, whereas one was sadly discovered lifeless.
