‘He was like my brother’: Pals, relations mourn the lack of victims shot, killed Sunday at Tacoma bar (KOMO Information)
TACOMA, Wash. —
A rising memorial of candles, playing cards, and flowers sat exterior the entrance doorways of Alleycat Patio & Lounge in Tacoma after 5 individuals had been shot and two killed on Sunday morning.
Based on the Tacoma Police Division (TPD), officers had been dispatched to the bar round 1:30 a.m.
“I used to be strolling again from 7/11 once I heard the gunshots within the alley,” a person visiting the memorial stated. “Each of them had been my pals, however James, he was like my brother.”
The police division has not launched the id of the victims.
Nonetheless, KOMO Information has been in contact with family and friends who named Monic Lashaye Swan and James Reha as the 2 individuals shot and killed on the bar.
“This bar was a household bar,” the witness stated. “It was a come meet your folks, come cling with your folks on the bar. That is all it was.”
In the course of the investigation, they realized a few fifth gunshot sufferer who police stated didn’t have life-threatening accidents. Police stated a second sufferer had died from their accidents.
