RBI Assistant Starting Salary – Rs. 13, 150.
RBI Assistant Basic Salary after 3 years – Rs. 13, 150 + (750*3) = Rs. 15, 400.
RBI Assistant Basic Salary after 3 + 4 years – Rs. 15, 400 + (900*4) = Rs. 19, 000.
RBI Assistant Basic Salary after 3 + 4 + 6 years – Rs. 19, 000 + (1200 * 6) = Rs. 26, 200.
RBI Assistant Basic Salary after 3 + 4 + 6 + 2 years – Rs. 26, 200 + (1300 * 2) = Rs. 28, 800.
RBI Assistant Basic Salary after 3 + 4 + 6 + 2 + 3 years – Rs. 28, 800 + (1480 * 3) = Rs. 33, 240.
RBI Assistant Basic Salary after 3 + 4 + 6 + 2 + 3 + 1 years – Rs. 33, 240 + (1750 * 1) = Rs. 34, 990.
Added to the RBI Assistant basic salary, other allowances will be added. The other allowances are Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, and Transport Allowance and so on. Based on the job location the allowances maybe change. Finally, at present, the initial monthly gross emoluments for RBI Assistant salary in hand 2019 will be Rs. 36,091.
