Seven players A, B, C, D, E, F and G are playing for different International teams – India, Pakistan, Australia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, New Zealand, and West Indies but not necessarily in the same order. They are specialized in different forms, viz. All Rounder, Batsman and Bowler. At least two players are specialized in the same forms. F is playing for Sri Lanka and he is not an All-Rounder. D is playing from Australia and he is an All-Rounder. The one who is playing for New Zealand is not a bowler. A is not playing for West Indies and he is not an All-Rounder. E is playing for Pakistan but he is not an All-Rounder. G is playing for South Africa and he is a batsman along with only B. No one playing for India and West Indies is an All-Rounder. There are three bowlers.

Puzzle 2

There are eight friends A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting around a square table in such a way that four of them sit at the four corners of the square table while four sit at the middle of each of four sides. The one who sits at the four corners face the centre and those who sit in the middle of the sides face outward. Each of them is having different food that is Samosa, Pasta, Dosa, Biryani, Apple, Pizza, Coffee and Soup but not necessarily in the same order.

F sits third to the left of the one who is eating Pasta. The one who is eating Pasta faces outward. Only two friends sit between F and A. The one who is eating Samosa sits on the immediate right of A. The one who is eating Apple sits second to the right of B, who is not an immediate neighbour of A and F. B is not eating Pasta. Only one friend sits between H and one who is eating Apple. E sits on the immediate left of the one who is eating Biryani. B is not eating Biryani. D is eating Dosa but he is not an immediate neighbour of H. The one who is having Soup is an immediate neighbour of D. The one who is eating Pizza is an immediate neighbour of C.
