Ten people are sitting in two parallel rows having five people each in such a way that there is equal distance between adjacent persons. In row-I, F, G, H, I and J are seated and all of them are facing north. In row-II, R, S, T, U and V are seated and all of them are facing south but not necessarily in the same order. Therefore, in the given seating arrangement each member seated in a row faces another member of the other row.

S sits third to the left of R. U sits second to the right of S. The person facing U sits immediate left of H. Only one person sits between H and G. F is not an immediate neighbour of H. Only two people sit between F and I. Neither H nor F faces V.

Eight persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H are working in a company on different designations- MD, AMD, GM, DGM, Manager, AM, Accountant, and Helper. AMD is junior to MD, GM is junior to AMD and so on.

A is not the AM. E is not the Manager. B is junior to C. There are three designations between H and B. H is junior to G. F is senior to A. E is just senior to D. C is not the MD or AMD. H is not the Accountant. G is junior to the Manager.
