Seven representatives of a company – A, B, C, D, E, F, G travelled to three different countries – South Africa, Australia and France. Each of them travelled on different days of the week starting on Monday and ending on Sunday (No two people travelled on the same day). Minimum two people travelled to each country and south Africa is the only country to which three people travelled.
A travelled to South Africa on Monday. F travelled to Australia but neither on Tuesday nor on Saturday. G travelled on Sunday but not to France. The one who travelled to Australia travelled on Tuesday and the one who travelled to France travelled on Saturday. E travelled on Wednesday. C travelled to south Africa but not on Thursday. B did not travel to france.
Solution :
Puzzle 2
A test with five sections namely Quant, Reasoning, English, Computer and GA have to be proofread in 6 hours where one hour needs to be spent on each section. A break of one hour has to be taken in the third or the fourth hour.
The proof reading cannot start with GA and has to end with English. Computer has to immediately follow Reasoning with no break in-between. Quant cannot be done immediately after Computer. Quant has to immediately follow GA with no break in-between.
