Ten persons – P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X and Y are seating around a rectangular table. Four persons sit in the corner. Two persons sits in the large centre side and each person in the smaller centre side but not in the same order. Five of them are facing centre and remaining facing outside the table. Each person’s likes a different game viz. Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Chess, Carom, Football, Kabaddi, Tennis, Rugby and Volleyball but not in the same order.
Note: Not more than two persons sitting together face same direction. Facing same direction means if one facing centre then the other one also facing centre. Similarly, for facing outside.
T sits on the immediate left of S and neither immediate to R. Both P and T faces same direction. The one who likes Football sits on the immediate left of the one who like Tennis. S and V sit diagonally and face opposite directions. W doesn’t like Tennis or Chess. The one who likes Basketball sits on the immediate right of X, who likes Chess. The one who likes Tennis sits 2nd to the left of R. Only two among the four sitting on the corners are not facing centre. W and S are sitting on the immediate left and 3rd to the left of Y respectively. P sits on one of the smaller sides and 3rd to the right of U. S likes Carom and sits 3rd to the left of the one who likes Kabaddi. Y sits on the immediate right of one likes Rugby. T likes Volleyball and sits 2nd to the left of one who likes Badminton. X is not an immediate neighbour of P, Q or U, but sits on the immediate right of R, who is not facing centre. One of the four persons sitting on the corner is X.

Eighteen boxes are kept in a row from left to right. Each box contains different number of pens from 2 to 24. Only information about few boxes are known.
The box which contains 12 pens is kept fourth to left of which contains 9 pens. Six boxes are kept between the box which contains 12 pens and the box which contains 7 pens. The box which contains 16 pens are neither kept adjacent to the box which contains odd number of pens nor kept adjacent to the box which contains 18 pens. Three boxes are kept between the box which contains 11 pens and the box which contains 7 pens. The box which contains 11 pens are kept fourth from either end and is not kept adjacent to the box which contains 9 pens. Neither the box which contains 9 pens nor the box which contains 7 pens are kept at end of the row. The box which contains 16 pens are kept third to right of the box which contains 21 pens. One box is kept between the box which contains 23 pens and the box which contains 8 pens. The box which contains 21 pens are neither kept adjacent to the box which contains 7 pens nor kept adjacent to the box which contains 9 pens. At least five boxes are kept right of the box which contains 23 pens. The box which contains 18 pens are kept fourth to the left of the box which contains 23 pens. The box which contains 8 pens are neither kept adjacent to the box which contains 9 pens nor kept adjacent to the box which contains 7 pens. Number of boxes between the box which contains 8 pens and the box which contains 9 pens are equal to number of boxes between the box which contains 19 pens and the box which contains 16 pens. Five boxes are kept between the box which contains 19 pens and the box which contains 3 pens.

जिस डिब्बे में 12 पेन हैं, उसे बायें से चौथे स्थान पर रखा गया है, जिसमें से 9 पेन हैं। जिस बॉक्स में 12 पेन हैं और जिस बॉक्स में 7 पेन हैं, उसके बीच छह बॉक्स रखे गए हैं। जिस डिब्बे में 16 पेन हैं, उसे न तो उस डिब्बे के निकट रखा गया है जिसमें विषम संख्या में कलम हैं और न ही उस डिब्बे के निकट रखा गया है जिसमें 18 कलम हैं। 11 पेन वाले बॉक्स और 7 पेन वाले बॉक्स के बीच तीन बॉक्स रखे गए हैं। जिस डिब्बे में 11 पेन हैं उसे दोनों छोर से चौथे स्थान पर रखा गया है और उस डिब्बे के निकट नहीं रखा गया है जिसमें 9 पेन हैं। पंक्ति के अंत में न तो वह डिब्बा जिसमें 9 कलम हैं और न ही वह डिब्बा जिसमें 7 कलम हैं। जिस डिब्बे में 16 पेन हैं, उस डिब्बे के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर रखा गया है जिसमें 21 पेन हैं। 23 पेन वाले बॉक्स और 8 पेन वाले बॉक्स के बीच एक बॉक्स रखा गया है। जिस डिब्बे में 21 पेन हैं उसे न तो उस डिब्बे के निकट रखा गया है जिसमें 7 कलम हैं और न ही उस डिब्बे के निकट रखा गया है जिसमें 9 कलम हैं। 23 पेन वाले डिब्बे के दायें कम से कम पांच डिब्बे रखे गए हैं। जिस डिब्बे में 18 पेन हैं, उस डिब्बे के बायें से चौथे स्थान पर रखा गया है जिसमें 23 पेन हैं। जिस डिब्बे में 8 पेन हैं उसे न तो 9 पेन वाले डिब्बे के निकट रखा गया है और न ही उस डिब्बे के निकट रखा गया है जिसमें 7 कलम हैं। जिस बॉक्स में 8 पेन हैं और जिस बॉक्स में 9 पेन हैं, उसके बीच के बॉक्स की संख्या 19 पेन वाले बॉक्स और 16 पेन वाले बॉक्स के बीच के बॉक्स की संख्या के बराबर है। 19 पेन वाले बॉक्स और 3 पेन वाले बॉक्स के बीच पांच बॉक्स रखे गए हैं।
