Eight persons i.e. Q, U, R, L, M, O, T and X were born in eight different years i.e. 1956, 1959, 1964, 1978, 1985, 1987, 1995, 2011 . All the information is not necessarily in the same order. All the ages of the given persons have been calculated on base year 2020 . T’s age is a prime number. Q’s age is a perfect square but not the eldest. Only three persons were born between Q and X. Only one person was born between X and O. M’s age is an even number, who was born after X. U was born immediately before R.

Puzzle 2

Twelve people are sitting in two parallel rows containing six people each. In row 1- AN, BN, CN, DN, EN and FN are seated and all of them are facing south. In row 2- PH, QH, RH, SH, TH and VH are seated and all of them are facing north.

VH sits three places away from SH in the right direction. SH faces FN, who does not sit at any of the extreme ends of the line. SH is sitting to the right of PH. The one, who is sitting opposite to EN, sits third to right of PH, who is not sitting at an extreme end. DN sits third to the right of CN. BN is not sitting any of the extreme ends of the line. RH sits opposite to CN. TH is not an immediate neighbour of VH.
